Unicorns Stand with Andrea

Over the Labor Day weekend, Unicorns will be supporting #IStandWithAndrea. Why, you might ask? Well, recently, Fox News host Andrea Tantaros spoke honestly and frankly about the history of America in relation to Islam jihad. To better understand what has caused the uproar, watch this short clip:

Just like clockwork, the politically correct screamed outrage and then demanded an apology and that Tantaros be fired for irresponsible comments about Islam.
Forget being fired - that's not going to happen, but does Tantaros have anything to apologize for? According to Allen West, absolutely not.  On his blog he revisits the history and explains why Andrea's comments were on the mark:
Thomas Jefferson sent the Marines to Tripoli. They didn’t have a chat, there was no summit, they put a bullet into the heads of the Barbary pirates and that ended the whole episode. The Marmaluke sword of the modern-day Marine officer symbolizes and commemorates the combat operation — not overseas contingency operation — our US Marines executed. The Barbary pirates were Muslims, they followed the Koran — that is history, fact. And . . . there is only one way to send a message to folks who behead innocent people, be they Americans, Kurds, Assyrians, Chaldeans, or even other Muslims — and it has been effective throughout history: you kill them.
