Another Jihad Beheading? Or Domestic Violence?

Slightly before 8 pm Tuesday evening, NY police responded to what originally appeared to be yet another case of extreme domestic violence and murder/suicide.  Although police would not confirm, witnesses claimed that a woman was murdered and it appeared she had been beheaded. 

The body of the female victim, wearing only a bra and pants, was lying on one side of the street and her head was on the other, said witness Jack Imperial, 41, of Briarwood, Queens . . . "The body's feet were at the curb, the shoulders were at the middle of the street. The head was across the street," said Imperial. "I've seen some gruesome stuff in my years of living . . . but nothing like this."

Speculation at this point is that the woman (age 60) was attacked by her son, but so far no names have been released for verification. Soon after this gruesome discovery, the man suspected in the attack was found dead on the tracks of the Long Island Rail Road train.
