Paul Carrack - Silent Running
The YouTube title is wrong. This song is Silent Running which Carrack originally recorded with Genesis guitarist Mike Rutherford's band, Mike and the Mechanics.
I really like this stripped down version. It gives the lyrics a raw edgieness.
